What is trip management for?
It is not a second protocol builder. Its purpose is to organise everything around the transfer: when is a trip scheduled, for which client, which price applies, which expenses belong to it and which orders need to be billed together?

Plan trips
Orders and appointments appear in a calendar and chronological overview so pickups, deliveries and upcoming trips stay visible together.

Manage orders
Client, origin and destination, dates, licence plate, distance, order numbers, return trips and further order data are stored centrally.

Calculate prices & expenses
Client-specific price lists can be stored and used to calculate remuneration/revenue and defined expenses for an order.

Invoice
Multiple orders can be assigned to a document number and billed together. The app supports invoices, correction invoices and credit notes, with PDF or e-invoice output.
